Anna Liu, MSc.,
CGA, CFE
Anna Liu is the principal of the
firm. She obtained her CGA designation in 1999 and has extensive experience in public accounting. Anna
has worked in both of the small CA firm and Big Four (KPMG) before, with exposure in serving for a wide array of
clienteles from different sectors including manufacturing and processing, international trade, retail, wholesale, scientific
research and development, agriculture, high-tech service and consulting, hospitality and catering, real estate developer,
property management, medical and legal professionals, investment holding, non-profit-organization and
Charity.
Anna
received her Diploma of Business Administration from Hong Kong Shue Yan University and her Master of Science in Finance from
University of Strathclyde in United Kingdom. Before Anna commenced her career in Toronto, she worked in one of the mid-size international
accounting firms in Hong Kong. Anna also obtained her Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation in 2005, Certificates
of International Financial Reporting (IFRS) and International Auditing (IAS) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
(ACCA) in 2007 and FITT (Forum for International Trade Training) Certificate in 2010.
With a strong awareness of environmental
issues particular in climate change area, Anna is a member of GHG Management Institute, and has
obtained Certificates of Proficiency in Basics of Organizational GHG Accounting and Reporting to The Climate Registry.
Anna commenced to volunteer in community centres by offering income tax services for low income families
and instructing other volunteers to prepare income tax returns for seniors in the Great Toronto Area since 2001.
